[name removed] is very professional, personable and patient(forgive the alliteration). I’m always impressed with her ability to diagnose and explain to me what’s going on with my body in simple terms. [name removed] is also very good at reassuring me as and when needed without being patronising. I’ve seen quite a few physios over the years and [name removed] is without doubt the best and most rounded by a mile. Also of note is how good the reception staff are. Everyone in your team I have encountered have been helpful, accommodating and friendly. Really couldn’t ask for more. Thank you.

The department is always very efficient and accommodating and the particular physiotherapist i am being treated by is wonderful. She always listens to exactly what is wrong and gives advice and exercises to suit my needs and abililities.i never feel rushed during the appointments.
